The HK Webfest is part of a global network of webfestivals, all dedicated to webseries and merging media content. Currently, this network covers North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Future extensions into Africa (Dakar) and South America (Rio de Janeiro) will follow in 2014. A vivid exchange of knowledge, content and creators is being practiced amongst the respective festivals.
